Prices

  • All our prices are inclusive of delivery (UK Only) and inclusive of VAT at 17.5%.
  • Our prices may change without notice.

Ordering

  • In the unlikely event that a product or coffee is unavailable when you place your order, we shall contact you to arrange an alternative replacement, or another acceptable arrangement for the completion of your order. We cannot guarantee availability of all products and coffees at time of ordering, products which are out of stock will be marked but we can not gurantee that if it does not say Out of Stock it is in stock as that information is not always known.
  • While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Goods are normally dispatched within 48 hours. If we are unable to despatch your order within 7 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.
  • We reserve the right not to accept an order.
  • Orders outside the UK: Due to the nature of our product as a perishable item and the cost of delivery outside the UK we do not sell to customers outside the UK, this is clearly stated on the Home Page and Order Page. If an order and payment is placed for delivery outside the UK we reserve the right to charge a 4.5% commission to refund the transaction, this is to cover the fees we are charged and we take no profit from this charge.

Delivery

  • Delivery of coffee will usually take 48 hours from order, it can take upto seven days at which point please contact us, we are not responsible for the service of the Post Office and once we have sent it any quires as to delivery should be directed at them. 48 hours is our average delivery time. Delivery times are conditional to the order being complete and us having the relevant information from the customer to process it. Items which are specifically indicated as taking longer are marked, we do not gurantee delivery times on any items due to parts of the despatch and delivery be handled by other companies which we have no control over. All times quoted are Business Working days Mon - Fri.
  • We use independent carriers such as Parcel force and Royal Mail and are dependant on the service they offer. The carrier will only attempt to deliver the product twice, after which you will be responsible for making your own arrangements with them for delivery which may involve collecting the item from your local sorting office
  • Dispatch Policy. Returns & Warranties

  • In regard to coffee returns we will provide a full refund or replacement for any coffee that is found to be faulty. We will refund non faulty orders for up to 7 days after the customer receives them providing they are NOT OPENED and are returned immediately once we are notified (for reference: received time for the goods starts from 48 hours after being despatched by Mail or Parcel Force from us), the cost and responsibility of returning the goods remain with the customer. We will only refund money once the goods are returned to us and are in a satisfactory condition. We also reserve the right to charge a 4.5% commission on money refunds for non faulty returns and we also reserve the right to charge a Handling fee up to £10 depending on the amount of coffee ordered. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • We will require faulty coffee or any other product to be returned to us.
  • In regard to accessories warranties, if any faults or problems occur the product will be covered under the manufacturers 12 month warranty which covers all our accessories products, the customer should contact the manufacturer directly, Red Monkey Coffee can provide assistance in contacting the relevant manufacturer and provide as much help as possible to get any issues resolved. Note some manufactures will issue a repair or replacement if within 28 days, otherwise after 28 days they may only repair the product, this is down to the manufacturers individual practices. Any faults with goods are covered by the manufacturer, we can not repair or replace faulty goods only the manufacturer can do this as the warrnty is with them not us.
  • In regard to accessories returns (non coffee products), if you wish to return the goods which are not faulty we will accept returns up to 14 days after you have received the goods (for reference received time for the goods starts from 48 hours after being despatched by Mail or Parcel Force from us). The goods must be UNUSED, UNOPENED and in the same condition in which they were delivered. We reserve the right to charge a 4.5% commission fee for refunding the money and there will be a Re-Stocking & Handling fee of up to £20 depending on the product NOTE: We have never done that so far. The cost and responsibility of returning non faulty or unwanted goods will also be the responsibility of the customer. We will only issue the refund once the goods are returned to us and we have agreed that the goods and packaging are in a satisfactory re-sellable condition and have not been used.
  • Whilst we will make every attempt to remedy this type of situation, we must emphasise it is everyone's interest to ensure the correct items are being ordered and suited for your particular requirements.

Colours. The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.

Indemnity. You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.

Consumer Rights. None of these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

Cancellations and complaints

  • You may cancel your coffee and accessories order up until the point when the order has been dispatched, this usually occurs within 24 hours of the order being placed but may be longer or shorter depending on the circumstances. If an order is cancelled before dispatch any charges payments made by the customer will be refunded in full providing the goods have not been dispatched. If the order is cancelled and the goods have already been dispatched it will be dealt with as a 'return'.
  • In the event of complaint please e-mail mail@redmonkeycoffee.com giving as much detail as you can. We will repsond to your complaint as quickly as possible. You will be kept informed if there is any delay beyond this. Each complaint will be treated as confidential and given priority by a senior Partner.
  • All compaints should never be directed by phone.
