The true benefits of this system: With this kit it can save you inconvieniance if a fault does occur in your machine, say for instance thier is a simple problem but you dont know what it is, you would have to have it sent to the Jura service centre to be looked at, but with this kit all you do is connect it up and the machine will download a tech status report to your computer which either you can read to find out where the fault lies and fix it if it is a simple thing, or you can email that report to the Jura Service centre and they will use more technical data to diagnos the problem without the machine having to leave, if it then does need to be brought in to be fixed it can be or it may be a simple adjustment and you are up and running without any inconviniance.

The best bit which will impress anyone when making them a coffee is you can using the software supplied with the kit design your own finely tuned espresso drink setting, you can set the exact millileter of liquid and the amount of coffee used. The best bit is you can name your drink, so say if you are celebrating a birthday with a espresso you could name it Birthday Brew! you then transfere the new drink into the machines memory and then when you press the special drink button it will display Birthday Brew! in the display. You can also change the greeting message when you switch the machine on so it could say ' Welcome to Dave & Sue's Espresso Machine'. All very cool.
